10% Happier by Dan Harris

📚 Today I finished reading 10% Happier: How I Tamed the Voice in My Head, Reduced Stress Without Losing My Edge, and Found Self-Help That Actually Works–A True Story by Dan Harris.

I recommend this if you’re thinking about starting a meditiation practice. The audiobook is narrated by the author (an ABC news correspondent) and was pretty engaging.

He also has a podcast and a paid meditation app called Ten Percent.
